It is not a swing problem.
Most stuck swings are a movement restriction wearing a swing disguise. Until you find the restriction, every lesson is built on it. A sixty-minute, TPI-based diagnostic finds it. Then you decide what to do with what you learn.
Your coach can only work with the body you bring them.
If your hips do not rotate, your mid back is locked, or your core cannot transfer force, you leak power and load your lower back to compensate. That is why so many golfers plateau on speed and end up nursing the same back or shoulder.
The Titleist Performance Institute screened thousands of professional and amateur golfers and mapped the physical limitations behind the most common swing breakdowns. Address the limitation, and the fault often eases on its own. That mapping is what this diagnostic is built on.
This is not a swing lesson and it does not replace your coach. We do not coach your swing. We screen your body, and hand you both what we find.
Screen the body. Overlay the swing. Leave with a plan.
A sixteen-test, TPI-based movement screen, about forty-five minutes in athletic clothes. We measure exactly where your body is restricted: hips, spine, shoulders, the chain that drives your swing.
We map the screen results onto your actual swing, so you see for yourself which restriction is costing you the most, and why the lessons never stuck.
You leave knowing your one to three biggest restrictions and the first corrective moves to work on, plus a video library of your correctives and a check-in two weeks later. No equipment needed. You can start tomorrow.
No distance promises. We screen what your body is doing, show you what is restricted, and point you to where to start. Results depend on you and your body.
Two doctors. Not a trainer with a clipboard.
Dr. Colton Purscell
Founder of WLF Club. Medical Level 3 is the highest level of TPI’s medical certification: it connects structural restrictions to swing mechanics, so the corrective work targets the driver of your lost distance, not the symptom you feel.
Dr. Shanae Ammons
Doctor of Physical Therapy. She brings clinical movement assessment into every golfer’s screen, so what you leave with is precise, not generic.
“There is no performance clinic and gym like this in Fort Worth. The thorough assessment and program they made for me to build better stamina and strength on the tennis court and golf course will keep me coming back.”
The honest answers.
I already have a swing coach. Does this replace them?
No. Your coach works on your swing. We screen the body underneath it and hand you both what we find, so the lessons finally have something solid to build on.
I am not injured. Is this still for me?
Most golfers we screen are not injured. They are just tighter than they were five years ago. The screen is built for any golfer whose body has stopped doing what the lessons assume it can.
Will I get a workout program?
You leave with your one to three biggest restrictions and the first corrective moves to work on, with a video library of your correctives. It is an assessment run by doctors, not a workout, and nothing generic: the correctives target what your screen actually found.
Will this add yards to my drive?
We will not promise a number, because speed gains depend on the golfer. What the screen does is find the restrictions that are costing you power, so the work you put in afterwards goes at the right target.
Where do I go, and what do I wear?
WLF Club, 5724 W Vickery Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Athletic clothes you can move in. The whole visit is about an hour, by appointment.
One hour. Your restrictions, found.
