More than a club.
A standard of care.
Most people find WLF because something hurts. Pain is where we start. Wellness, lifestyle, and freedom are where we are headed.
Six pillars.
One purpose.
Real health is not built in one area. The thing you came in for is rarely the whole picture, so every member gets read across all six.
Movement & Pain
How you move, and what hurts when you do.
Recovery & Sleep
How well you bounce back between days.
Metabolic & Nutrition
How your body makes and uses fuel.
Hormones & Energy
What is driving your energy up or down.
Performance & Fitness
How strong and how fit you actually are.
Mindset & Stress
How stress shows up in your body and your day.
We start with a reading.
Most clinics start with a sales conversation. Before anyone here suggests a program, a service, or a membership, we find out what is going on: what moves well, what does not, and what is actually holding you back.
We would rather tell you no than sell you the wrong thing. That order is easier to say than to run. It means turning down a membership that is not the right fit, and pointing you to the one service that addresses your gap, even when it is the cheaper answer.
Measure first. Recommend second. Sell only if it fits.

The machines are in the building.
We measure how your body uses oxygen, how much force you can produce, and how you move. The equipment that does it lives here: PNOE, ARX, and Vasper. Most clinics send you somewhere else for that. It means your first real conversation is built on your own numbers, not a guess.

Pain is the signal, not the problem.
Most people treat pain like it is the problem. It is not. It is the signal. A rounded shoulder, a stiff hip, or a sleep problem nobody ever asked about can all show up as the ache you came in for. We look upstream before we work on what is downstream.

Chiro and training under one roof.
Most clinics pick a lane: chiropractic, or performance training. WLF runs both. The golfer with the bad back and the 45-year-old getting back in shape are often solving the same problem from two directions, so the answer should not depend on which door you walked in.
The people reading you.
Every assessment, adjustment, and program at WLF runs through credentialed hands.
Dr. Colton Purscell, DC
Colton is a Fort Worth native and a former college basketball player. He earned his BS in Movement Science at TCU and his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College, then kept adding credentials instead of stopping at the license. He built WLF to run chiropractic and performance under one roof, so members do not get sent out for the parts that overlap.
Dr. Shanae Ammons
She sees chiro and rehab patients alongside Dr. Purscell. Same stance on every visit: read how you move first, then decide what the visit needs.
Ethan
Programs, testing, and day-to-day coaching on the floor run through Ethan. He works with the chiro and medical team under the same roof, so your program matches what your tests found.
Asked before the first visit.
Anything else, call (817) 349-7815 and ask. A person answers, not a phone tree.
Do I have to buy a membership to be seen at WLF?
No. Membership is offered only when it fits what your reading found. If one service is the right answer for you, that is what we recommend, even when it is the cheaper one.
What happens on a first visit?
Most people start with a free 15-minute intro call. Tell us what is going on, and we will point you at the right starting place. From there, the team reads where you stand in person and builds the plan with you.
Where is WLF and how do I reach a real person?
